For Internet Explorer Follow These Instructions:

3. Restoring Your Original Password – After you have received your new password log into your account. Once you get into your dashboard it it should automatically pop up with an alert saying you have reset your password do you wish to change it to a unique password. Follow the steps and you can restore your original password.

Why all this nonsense of clearing cookies, reset password, new assigned password and replace with original? If this is so “seamless” why can’t you just make the changes without involving the users with all this mickey mouse detail?

OK, you took care of (eccch!) Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, so how about Apple Safari? They have a very popular Windows release, so how ’bout it?

    You always ignore us Appleheads!

I foolishly followed those instructions and now nothing works. All of my passwords are gone, and I can’t continue with that program I was working. Do you have any idea how I can find my way back to where I was.

Dear Waterheater,..I know it sounds really dumb that you, have do all of this. but believe me it will work better and just get on phone and call, let the techs know what happened and they will straighten it out. Believe me I have had so many problems with my blog. It still is not functioning, but I have confidence that they will help you. They are still helping me and I am still learning. I have a web store and soon it will be my only support, so got to do it. Thanks for listening.
